Your website

A website that earns trust, answers questions, and stays up.

When people land on your site, they should trust what they see, find what they need, and act. Then the site has to stay online and stay secure. We build, host, and protect it, so you don't manage any of that yourself. If something breaks at 2 a.m., our team handles it.

The short answerWe build new sites, move existing ones, and run them on a platform we operate ourselves. You get a site that search engines and AI platforms can read, that loads fast, and that our team keeps patched, backed up, and online.

Where the site fits

The website is the page that answers first.

Customers find you on Google, in AI answers, and on maps. Then they land on your site. What happens in the next ten seconds decides whether they call.

How Simple eSystem works: customers search on Google, Bing, Yahoo, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google reviews, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Yelp, Nextdoor, and voice assistants. Getting found makes sure you show up. Your website answers the question. Engagement answers, follows up, and books. Outcomes include booked appointments, completed sales, quote requests, phone calls, registrations, new reviews, returning customers, and a lead score on every conversation. Real conversations feed the next 90-day cycle.
Why the foundation comes first

Fred can only answer from content that exists.

We have deployed roughly 30 AI assistants on client sites. About a third needed website and content work first.

The pages were thin, the structure was unclear, or the answers customers wanted weren't written down anywhere. An assistant answers only from your content. If the content is missing, the assistant has nothing to say, and neither does Google.

So we start with the foundation. We fix the site, fill in the answers, and then turn on the parts that talk to customers.

Content updates

Update your site from the AI tools you already use.

Your team can change content from Cursor, Codex, Claude, or Grok. The connection is secure and limited to your site.

You ask for a new service page or a corrected set of hours in plain language. The tool makes the change on your site, and nothing outside your site is reachable through it.

How content updates and security work

The platform

Your site runs on a platform we operate ourselves.

Each site runs in its own isolated space, with a global security network in front of it. There is no outside host between you and a fix.

Questions

Common questions about your website

Do I need a new website to work with you?

No. We can move the site you have as it stands, with no redesign, and run it on our platform. If the site is thin or hard to read, we recommend a rebuild, but you decide.

Why does the website come before the AI assistant?

An assistant answers only from your content. About a third of the roughly 30 assistants we have deployed needed website and content work first, so we build that foundation before we turn Fred on.

Who hosts and secures the site?

We do. Your site runs on a platform we operate, in its own isolated space, with monitoring, nightly backups, weekly updates, and a global security network in front of it. Details are on the hosting and security page.

Which website platforms do you support?

We support WordPress, Drupal, and static sites. If you run something else, call us and we will tell you whether it can move.

What happens to my search rankings when the site changes?

Every old page is redirected to its new address, so rankings carry over. We map the redirects before launch and watch the site after it goes live.

What does a website cost?

New builds start at $4,000 one time, paid 50% to start and 50% at go-live. Hosting and security is $199 a month per site. See pricing. Every engagement starts with a 180-day commitment, then 30 days' notice to cancel.
